Kington town centre is minutes away. Hay-on-Wye (12 miles, 25 mins) is famous for its bookshops. Hergest Ridge (2 miles, 8 mins) offers outstanding walking. Offa's Dyke Path runs nearby. Brecon Beacons National Park is around 20 miles south.
