The Hay House Retreat is a grand 17th Century farmhouse just 3 miles from Hay-on-Wye in the stunning Brecon Beacons. This massive property sits on 5 acres of landscaped grounds with knockout views across the Wye Valley. Perfect for large groups of up to 18 people (with space for extra guests if you're really popular).
The grounds are yours to explore. Grab a drink and chill by the fire pit as the sun sets over the valley. Challenge your mates to table tennis in the covered brick barn. Kids can play under the willow trees while you try out the wood-fired hot tub.
The accommodation is split between the main farmhouse and a converted stable block. You'll find 9 bedrooms in total - 8 king-size and 1 double - with 6 en-suites plus 2 additional bathrooms.
