The gardens are fantastic. You'll find a summer house, firepit, orchard and croquet lawn where you can play giant Jenga or swing the day away. Want to explore? The house sits in prime walking country near the Wye Valley Walk and Offa's Dyke. After a day out, soak in the hot tub - available November through May (or other times if you ask nicely).

Sleeping arrangements are top-notch with room for 18 people in 9 bedrooms, plus extra space for 6 more on sofa beds and put-up singles. The wood-panelled dining room has an impressive inglenook fireplace for large gatherings. There's a games room with table tennis and a 90" cinema screen, plus a library with a pool table. The kitchen has two ovens, three fridges and two dishwashers - cooking for the masses made easy!

Nearby attractions include Hereford on the River Wye (20 mins), Leominster's antique shops (10 mins) and Hampton Court Castle Estate (15 mins). Weobley with its black and white buildings is worth a visit, as is Berrington Hall (12 mins).
